The RuggedCampingTents.Com and New England Times, LLC Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide you with: excellent name-brand products (camping tents and tent accessories) that meet our quality standards; advice and tips about camping through our flagship site, NewEnglandTimes.Com and our free newsletter, The Campers’ Journal, together with articles on both sites that will tell you where some of the best camping spots are in each state.
Our main focus is customer service, and helping you find the camping tent that best suits you for a lifetime of outdoor adventures.
We are extremely passionate about camping, enjoying the wilderness, wildlife, mountains, streams, rivers, pine groves, birches and ferns, but most of all the quietude the forest offers. It’s an encounter with nature we love to share.
About RuggedCampingTents.Com and New England Times Publishing, LLC
Based in New England, we spend our camping days now deep in the woods (our personal preference), at campgrounds maintained by the states, or at campsites owned by private concerns.
We’ve been campers nearly all of our lives and have grown up with the evolving technology. We’ve gone from bulky canvas camping tents to tents made of space-age fabric that’s far less bulky, thinner and far easier to set up as outstanding shelters.
We’ve camped in a wide array of environments in 42 of the United States and five Canadian provinces, in lush forests, on sandy beaches, prairies, mountains and valleys. We’ve camped at Camp Muir on Mt. Rainier, and in Colorado where the air was so clear we abandoned our tents and slept under more stars than we’d ever seen before.
We put RuggedCampingTents.Com on the Web for you. Please browse through our selection of camping tents, family tents and all other tents large and small. We’re sure we have a camping tent that meets all of your camping needs and will make you proud to own.
